Over the course of his career, Jeff Nemecek has gained experience as a bond counsel and as an underwriters’ counsel, and he has had a hand in more than $5 billion in closed public financing transactions so far, covering 21 states. The types of public financing Jeffrey Nemecek has worked with has run the gamut, including project-revenue financing, conduit transactions, excise tax revenue obligations, loan pool obligations, taxpayer funded projects and obligations, and government appropriated funding options, including tax-exempt and taxable obligations.
